About this exercise
Review the draft escalation email against the five checks. Output five lines "C1:" to "C5:", each "Pass" or "Fail" followed by a dash and an exact quote from the draft that proves it. Then a last line: "Send as is:" with Yes or No. Plain text, under 100 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Invented quotes. The AI paraphrases instead of quoting the draft. Try: Say: "Quote the exact words from the draft."
- Passing a multi-ask email. The AI treats the questions as one request for help. Try: Say: "C4 fails if there is more than one ask."
- Skipping the verdict. The AI gives feedback in prose. Try: Say: "End with Send as is: Yes or No."
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Trusting the AI to count words. The AI runs long and cannot count its own words. Try: Cap each part ("each line under 12 words") and add "under N words in total".
