Write an invite title and a three-item agenda that sums to 30
- For Customer success managers
- You practice Setting limits and rules
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Beginner
About this exercise
Write a calendar invite: line 1 is "Title:" with a title of 7 words or fewer that includes the customer name, then exactly 3 numbered agenda lines, each ending with its minutes like "(10 min)". The minutes must add up to exactly 30. Put the item the customer asked for first. Plain text, nothing else.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Adding the AE's item. The AI squeezes in an expansion discussion. Try: Say: "Only the three items listed; no expansion."
- Minutes that do not add up. The AI gives 35 or 25 minutes. Try: Say: "The minutes must add up to exactly 30."
- Customer item not first. The AI puts the tickets review first. Try: Say: "Put the item the customer asked for first."
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Leaving the item count open. The AI adds or drops items to feel complete. Try: Say "exactly N numbered lines, nothing else".
- Leaving a requirement unstated. The AI follows its own defaults unless the prompt spells this out. Try: State it plainly in your prompt: Line 1 starts with 'Title:', is 7 words or fewer after the label and includes Fairlight, followed by exactly 3 numbered agenda lines.
What a strong prompt includes

- Three numbered lines
