Merge three stakeholders' agenda requests into 45 minutes
- For Customer success managers

About this exercise
Build a plain-text agenda table with the header row exactly "Min | Item | Requested by" and rows that total exactly 45 minutes. Customer requests come first, in priority order; our request goes last. If the total is over 45, cut minutes from our request first, then shorten the lowest-priority customer item; list what changed on a last line starting "Changed:". Plain text.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Cutting a customer item first. The AI trims Marguerite's review. Try: Say: "Cut our request first, down to 5 minutes."
- Totals that do not add up. The AI leaves 50 minutes. Try: Say: "The rows must total exactly 45."
- Putting our item first. The AI keeps the roadmap early. Try: Say: "Customer requests first in priority order; ours last."
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Trusting the AI to count words. The AI runs long and cannot count its own words. Try: Cap each part ("each line under 12 words") and add "under N words in total".
