Answer "what does a CSM do for us?" in plain spoken words
- For Customer success managers
- You practice Saying who it's for
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Beginner
About this exercise
Write the answer you will say out loud. Speak as "I", mention at least three things you do and one thing you do not do, and avoid the words "value realization", "stakeholder" and "synergies". Plain text, at most 4 sentences, and nothing but the spoken answer.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using marketing phrases. The AI copies "value realization" from the notes. Try: Say: "Avoid the words value realization, stakeholder and synergies."
- Leaving out what the CSM does not do. The AI lists only positives. Try: Say: "Include one thing I do not do."
- Writing a long answer. The AI explains the whole role in many sentences. Try: Say: "At most 4 sentences."
- Writing in third person. The AI writes "A CSM helps...". Try: Say: "Speak as I."
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
