Rank what to study first by weight and weak spots
- For High school students
- You practice Catching mistakes and made-up facts
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Advanced
About this exercise
Pick your top 3 study topics. Score each as exam weight x gap, where gap = 5 minus your confidence. Get exactly 3 lines like 'Genetics: 25 x 3 = 75' in highest-score order, then a last line 'Study first:' with one topic. Use the corrected weights. Plain text, under 60 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old weight. Evolution 30 is still in the chart, which changes the ranking and the math. Try: Add: "Evolution is 25, per Mr. Hall."
- Picking by interest. You liked Ecology, but the math says otherwise. Try: Say: "Rank by weight x gap, not by interest."
- No math shown. Without the working you can't check the ranking. Try: Say: "Show each as Topic: weight x gap = score."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total and it often lands 20% over. Try: Cap each part: "each line under 12 words."
- Forgetting where it's going. AI formats for a screen, with bold and headings that show up as stray symbols. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
What a strong prompt includes

- Says top 3
