About this exercise

Review the exceptions register as of Nov 7, 2026 for the CCO. Plain text, exactly three labeled sections in order: Expired:, Expiring within 30 days:, Conditions to verify:. Under each, one dash line per exception id with the date or the gap. Leave an exception out of sections it does not belong in. Then a last line exactly: Renewal decisions rest with the CCO. Do not recommend renewing or revoking anything.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Including EX-19. The AI lists everything that expires soon. Try: Say: "Within 30 days of Nov 7 means up to Dec 7."
  • Missing the unmet condition. The AI only sorts by date. Try: Say: "Check conditions against what is on file."
  • Advising. The AI recommends renewal or revocation. Try: Say: "Do not recommend renewing or revoking."
  • Wrong layout. The AI uses a table or adds a summary. Try: Say: "Three labeled sections and the exact last line."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
  • Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
