- For Compliance and risk
- You practice Saying who it's for
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Beginner
About this exercise
Write a script Cass Moreno can say aloud in the new-hire session. Plain text, with exactly these labeled parts in order: Welcome:, Do this:, Ask us:. Welcome: is one sentence. Do this: has exactly three dash lines, each with its deadline. Ask us: gives both ways to reach Compliance. Speak to "you" in plain words. Avoid the words Covered Person and shall. Under 110 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Legalese. The AI copies Covered Persons shall disclose. Try: Say: "Plain words to you. Avoid the words Covered Person and shall."
- Missing deadlines. The AI lists tasks without days. Try: Say: "Each dash line includes its deadline."
- Free-form speech. The AI writes paragraphs without labels. Try: Say: "Parts labeled Welcome:, Do this:, Ask us:."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
