About this exercise

Build a markdown table of the three conflicts across the three documents. Columns exactly: Topic, MSA, Order Form, SOW. Write Not stated where a document is silent. Then two lines: Precedence clause: (restate the MSA clause in your own words) and For counsel: (list the conflicts and ask which document applies; do not decide which one applies). Under 220 words, nothing else.
