- Time about 5 minutes

About this exercise
From the log, write one numbered line per category in alphabetical order, in this form: "1. Category: X requests, Y without manager approval". Count carefully and use only rows with status Received or Pending (skip Withdrawn). Four lines, plain text, nothing before or after them. Do not recommend whether any request should be approved.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Withdrawn counted. The AI counts every row. Try: Say: "Use only rows with status Received or Pending."
- Log note ignored. The AI marks E-03 as without approval. Try: Say: "Treat E-03 as approved per the note."
- Recommendation added. The AI suggests approving or denying. Try: Say: "No recommendations."
- Order off. The AI keeps log order. Try: Say: "Alphabetical order, four numbered lines."
- Wrong number of items. The AI adds or drops items. Try: Say: "Exactly N numbered items, nothing else."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
